2. 관세율 (Rates of Duty)

가. 기본세율 (General duty)

아래의 특별세율(Special duty)이 적용되지 않는 물품으로서, 쿠바 또는 북한을 제외한 모든 국가의 물품에 적용되는 일반세율

다. 한·미 FTA 협정세율 (UK-FTA)
특별세율(Special duty) 중 한·미FTA협정세율을 따로 표기한 것임. 한·미 FTA 발효(2012. 3. 15.)에 따라 대한민국을 원산지로 하는 물품으로서 미국으로 수입되는 물품은 UK-FTA 세율이 적용됨 (※ UK-FTA 세율이 없는 품목은 General 세율을 적용함)

라. 법정세율 (Statutory duty)
쿠바 및 북한으로부터 직·간접적으로 수입되는 물품에 대하여는 부과되는 관세율

3. 과세가격

가. 수입물품의 거래가격(Transaction Value)은 미국으로 수출하기 위하여 판매되는 때에 구매자가 실제로 지급하였거나 지급하여야 할 가격에 아래의 금액을 가산하여 계산함.

A. The packing costs incurred by the buyer.

B. Any selling commission incurred by the buyer.

C. The value, apportioned as appropriate, of any assist.

D. Any royalty or license fee that the buyer is required to pay, directly or indirectly, as a condition of the sale.

E. The proceeds of any subsequent resale, disposal, or use of the imported merchandise that accrue, directly or indirectly, to the seller.

나. 수입물품의 거래가격은 매수인이 매도인에게 지급하는 총금액에서 international freight, insurance, and other C.I.F. charges 금액을 제외한 금액으로 계산함.

가. 관세율은 HTS 번호 8단위에서 결정이 되며 HTS 10단위는 통계를 목적으로 추가된 부호입니다.

나. 관세율 적용에 있어 추가적인 조건이나 방법이 있을 수 있으나 기술상의 한계로 표기가 누락된 것이 있을 수 있습니다.
