2. 적용요건
a. 관세율표 Special행에 'D'로 표기된 물품으로서 AGOA국가로 부터 미국의 관세영역으로 직접
수입된 물품
b. 지정된 특혜국가의 농수산물(the growth), 제품(product or manufacture)
c. 하나 또는 그 이상의 AGOA국가에서 생산된 재료의 가격 또는 비용과 그 국가에서 수행된 직접적인
가공비를 합한 금액이 수입통관시의 평가금액의 35% 이상인 물품 |
