Heading 0301 : Live fish.
This heading covers all live fish, whatever their intended use (e.g., ornamental fish).
The fish of this heading are normally transported in suitable containers (aquaria, fish tanks, etc.) in which they can be kept alive in conditions similar to those found in their natural environment.Subheading Explanatory Note. Subheadings 0301.11 and 0301.19
The expression "ornamental fish" means live fish which, because of their colours or shapes, are normally used for ornamental purposes, in particular, in aquaria.
