어획후 선상에서 소금을 약5% 첨가하여 120~130C의 끊는 물에 2~5분간삶아서 건조한 것임
나.분류이유
03류와 16류를 구분하기 위해서는 Fish Industry와 Food Processing Industry를 고려하여야 할 것이므로 03류에는 Fish Industry에서 처리하는 정도까지를 분류하고 16류에는 Food Processing Industry에서 이루어지는 가공물품을 분류하여야 할 것 임 수산물을 건조하는 방법에 는 자연 그대로 말리는 방법, 뜨거운 물에 삶아서 말리는 방법, 소금에 절여서 말리는 방법, 얼려서 말리는 방법등이 있으며 이는 Fish Industry에서 일반적으로 이용하고 있는 건조방법임. 또한 재정경제부 및 국세청에서도 삶아서 마른 멸치는 미가공품으로 보아 부가가치세 비과세 대상으로 보고 있으며 일본세관에서도 소금 5%를 첨가한 후 끊는 물에 단기간 삶은 것은 건조하기 위한 전 처리이기 때문에 가열에 의해 조리한 것으로 보지않고 건조어류로 보고 있음 멸치를 삶아서 말리는 이유는 수산업에서 건조의 한방법이므로 HS0305.59-2000분류함 |
