Heading 5513 : Woven fabrics of synthetic staple fibres, containing less than 85 % by weight of such fibres, mixed mainly or solely with cotton, of a weight not exceeding 170 g/㎡.
This heading covers woven fabrics as defined in Part (Ⅰ) (C) of the General Explanatory Note to Section XI.
It covers these fabrics provided they are classified as fabrics of synthetic staple fibres by the application of Note 2 to Section XI (see also Part (Ⅰ) (A) of the General Explanatory Note to Section XI) and provided they meet the following specifications :(a) Contain less than 85 % by weight of synthetic staple fibres; (b) Are mixed mainly or solely with cotton; (c) Weigh not more than 170 g/m². Bandages, medicated or put up for retail sale, are excluded (heading 30.05).
