Heading 0907 : Cloves (Whole fruit, cloves and stems).
This heading includes :(1) Whole fruit of the clove tree (these have the characteristic taste and smell of cloves although less pronounced). (2) Cloves (the flowers of the clove tree picked before maturity and dried in the sun). (3) The fine, greyish, strongly scented stems of the clove flowers.
The heading excludes clove bark and leaves (heading 12.11).
