Heading 8204 : Hand-operated spanners and wrenches (including torque meter wrenches but not including tap wrenches); interchangeable spanner sockets, with or without handles.
This heading covers the following hand tools :(1) Hand-operated spanners and wrenches (e.g., with fixed or adjustable jaws; socket, box or ratchet spanners; crank handle spanners); wrenches or spanners for bicycles or cars, for coach screws, hydrants or piping (including chain type pipe wrenches); torque meter wrenches. The heading does not, however, cover tap wrenches (heading 82.05). (2) Interchangeable spanner sockets, with or without handles, including drives and extensions.
