Chapter37 : Photographic or cinematographic goods
Notes. 1. This Chapter does not cover waste or scrap. 2. In this Chapter the word "photographic" relates to the process by which visible images are formed, directly or indirectly, by the action of light or other forms of radiation on photosensitive surfaces. 3. Within the scope of cinematographic film, "negative film" shall be taken to include "masterpositives". 4. In the calculation of fractions of movie films, those not less than 50 ㎝ shall be regarded as 1m and those less than shall be omitted. 5. The terms "joint-production" shall mean those movies produced jointly by foreigners and people of the Republic of Korea.
