Heading 7415 : Nails, tacks, drawing pins, staples (other than those of heading 83.05) and similar articles, of copper or of iron or steel with heads of copper; screws, bolts, nuts, screw hooks, rivets, cotters, cotter-pins, washers (including spring washers) and similar articles, of copper.
The Explanatory Notes to headings 73.17 and 73.18 apply, mutatis mutandis, to this heading, except that the heading also includes copper-headed nails with iron or steel shanks (mainly used in upholstery or ornamental work).
Shoe protectors, with or without affixing points, are excluded (heading 74.19).ㅇ ㅇㅇ
