This heading covers the group of womens or girls clothing, not knitted or crocheted, which comprises blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses.
This heading does not cover garments with pockets below the waist or with a ribbed waistband or other means of tightening at the bottom of the garment.
Furthermore, the heading does not include :(a) Singlets or other vests (heading 62.08). (b)Garments made up of fabrics of heading 56.02, 56.03, 59.03, 59.06 or 59.07 (heading 62.10). (c) Smocks or similar protective garments of heading 62.11.
