수입물품의 거래가격(Transaction Value)은 미국으로 수출하기 위하여 판매되는 때에 실제로 지급하였거나 지급하여야 할 가격에 아래의 금액을 가산하여 계산합니다. A. The packing costs incurred by the buyer. B. Any selling commission incurred by the buyer. C. The value, apportioned as appropriate, of any assist. D. Any royalty or license fee that the buyer is required to pay, directly or indirectly, as a condition of the sale. E. The proceeds of any subsequent resale, disposal, or use of the imported merchandise that accrue, directly or indirectly, to the seller. 이 거래가격에는 매수인이 매도인에게 지급하는 총금액에서 international freight, insurance, and other C.I.F. charges 금액을 제외한 금액으로 계산됩니다. 따라서, 인코텀즈2010을 기준으로 볼 때 FOB 기준에 해당할 것으로 판단됩니다.
